Todd has extensive experience creating, growing, and selling successful businesses in various industries. Most recently as the Co-Founder and CEO of Sugar Plum Franchising, a franchised children's party venue. Sugar Plum Parties offers private, themed events for children ages 3-13, hosted from beginning to end in an elegantly decorated setting.
Todd’s greatest achievement in his business career to date has been founding and growing Flip Flop Shops®, the world’s first retail chain exclusive to the hottest brands and latest styles of flip flops and casual footwear. The recipient of the International Council of Shopping Centers’ prestigious "Hot Retailer Award”,Flip Flop Shops® has also been recognized in the Entrepreneur 500 list, as well as the INC 500/5000 many times.
In October 2015 Todd was the driving force behind the successful acquisition of Flip Flop Shops® by Cherokee Global Brands (CHKE), the publicly traded company behind such well-know brands as Cherokee, Tony Hawk, Liz Lange Maternity, and Everyday California.
Todd currently resides in Belmont, MA with his family. He enjoys coaching his two girls in basketball, as well as watching them act in school and community theater productions. He’s an avid fan of the Boston Bruins, and still manages to get out on the ice and play in the New England Senior Hockey League.
Dr. Jeremy Gransky is a skilled, caring, and experienced veterinarian who has devoted his career to companion animal healthcare. He has worked in animal hospitals since 1985 and received advanced training in medicine and surgery for dogs, cats, and exotic pets at one of the country's largest and most esteemed animal hospitals.
Dr. Gransky founded his own mobile house call practice, At Home Veterinary, in 2005. Before specializing in house calls, he worked for eight years in several multi-doctor practices in Massachusetts and New York City. He completed an internship in small and exotic animal medicine and surgery at The Animal Medical Center in New York City. Dr. Gransky earned his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M.) at Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine, in Grafton, Massachusetts, and his B.S. in Animal Sciences at Cornell University, in Ithaca, New York.
Dr. Gransky lives with his human and animal family in Natick, Massachusetts. When not on duty, he can be found up in the air on a flying trapeze, out for a motorcycle ride, or home with his family.
As a partner and President of MVS Pet Care, Sarah is primarily responsible for overseeing all company operations, as well as the franchisee training and support programs.
Sarah has extensive franchise and business experience, most recently as the President of Sugar Plum Franchising, where she is responsible for all business operations for a children’s party venue franchise. Sugar Plum Parties offers private, themed events for children ages 3-13, hosted from beginning to end in an elegantly decorated setting.

Sarah is a graduate of Boston College with a B.A. in Communication, cum laude.
When not busy helping franchisees start their own businesses, Sarah can be found relaxing at her family's lake house in southern New Hampshire or exploring Boston with friends.
As a partner and COO of MVS Pet Care, Ashley is primarily responsible for overseeing franchise sales and general operations.
Ashley has extensive franchise and business experience, most recently as the COO of Sugar Plum Franchising. Ashley’s primary responsibilities include overseeing franchise sales, global development, construction, and new venue design.
Ashley was formerly a Franchise Support Director at Flip Flop Shops®, the world’s first retail chain exclusive to the hottest brands and latest styles of flip flops and casual footwear. The recipient of the International Council of Shopping Centers’ prestigious "Hot Retailer Award,” Flip Flop Shops® was founded in 2004 and has been recognized in the Entrepreneur 500 list, as well as the INC 500.
At Flip Flop Shops®, Ashley was responsible for all opening training and ongoing support of individual shop owners in the areas of Point of Sale system operations, marketing, staffing, sales and customer service, and all other areas of running a retail operation.
A Southern California native, Ashley currently resides in Arlington, MA with her children, Faye, David and Hopper.
As a Massachusetts native, born in Somerville now living in Stoneham, Lisa is a Partner of MVS Pet Care. In this role Lisa is actively involved in all financial responsibilities as well as sales and general operations for the company.
In addition to her role at MVS Pet Care, Lisa is also the CFO of Sugar Plum Franchising where she is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the franchise company and corporate location as well as sales and continuing support for franchisees in training, on-site openings and operations.
Prior to joining the Sugar Plum and MVS Pet Care teams, Lisa worked at Legal Sea Foods, LLC signing on as the Senior Accounting Associate right out of school and then being promoted to Accounting Supervisor.
Lisa is a 2008 graduate of UMass Lowell, with a double major in Accounting and Finance.
In her off time, Lisa loves to be spontaneous and just get up and go! Shopping is a guilty pleasure that allows her to relax and lets that inner interior decorator and fashionista flourish. Lisa enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends over some new dishes she has whipped up in the kitchen, as well as attending sporting events and her favorite artists/DJ’s shows.
John's role at MVS Pet Care encompasses all aspects of practice management, including overseeing systems for scheduling, staffing, medical records, and more.
As the Practice Manager for At Home Veterinary, John is the key to keeping the practice running smoothly so Dr. Gransky can focus his attention on caring for patients and responding to the needs of all clients.
John holds degrees from New York University Law School (J.D.), Columbia University (Master of International Affairs), and Cornell University (B.A.).
When not in the office, he can be found spending time with his family, in his woodworking shop, honing his skills as a photographer, or out riding his motorcycle.
Dr. Pam Nichols is a Veterinary Advisor for MVS Pet Care, sharing insights from her over two decades of veterinary experience and practice ownership with our team.
In addition to operating the Utah Pet Hospice, Dr. Pam Nichols is the owner of two Animal Care Center locations as well as two Utah Dog Park locations.
Dr. Pam earned her doctorate from Colorado State University and launched Animal Care Center in West Bountiful more than 20 years ago. She has dedicated her life to her clients, patients, and employees and in the process, launched two award-winning businesses while also creating new avenues for pet care, including Utah Pet Hospice and Utah Virtual Vet—the first provider of telemedicine for veterinary patients in Utah.
Animals and their people are her passion. Her personal motto is that “we are here to make good things happen for other people.”
Dr. Pam loves horseback riding (chasing cows), reading, snow and water skiing, trap shooting and flying airplanes. She is a private pilot with an instrument rating and devotes time each month flying for Angel Flight West. Her daughter Elaine Nichols is the joy of her life.
Rich is an investor in and advisor to MVS Pet Care, LLC.
He is currently the CEO of Novelle Health Partners, LLC a healthcare services company providing data analytics, practice management and population health services to the medical industry. He shares his business insights regularly with the MVS Pet Care team as the veterinary industry evolves in a similar manner and trajectory as the healthcare industry.
Rich has over 25 years of venture investing and business operating experience. He has developed a successful track record of building innovative companies in various industries.
Rich began his career in Boston, MA. He worked as a management consultant for Bain and Company and also participated in several projects for Bain Capital. After Bain, he co-founded J. Holdsworth Capital, Ltd., a private equity and venture capital concern. He has helped to successfully develop companies in numerous industries including healthcare business process outsourcing, e-health, healthcare informatics and population health management, consumer retail, manufacturing and distribution, food processing, specialty metal products, and specialty chemical products and decontamination mitigation services. Rich frequently serves as an operating leader in his ventures.
Rich received a B.A. in Economics, Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude, from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts. While at Tufts, he received the Gulf Oil Merit Scholarship and the Charles Bluhdorn Prize in Economics. Each of these awards is given to only one member of each Tufts class. Since graduation, he has endowed multiple scholarships at Tufts for first-generation college students.
